Fabulously Fit 2010 – Update

Turbo Fire has changed my life. I have been working out seriously since April 19, 2010 and I’ve loss 27 pounds to date. I started off doing hip hop abs and I wasn’t at a good level of fitness to stay motivated so I began using Leslie Sansone’s Walk at home DVDs. They were great at first and I loss weight but I wanted to challenge myself more and really push myself to the limit. I then found Turbo Jam from Beachbody fitness with Chalene Johnson and I’ve never had so much fun while working out and burning calories. Turbo Jam is a combination of kickboxing, dancing, and martial arts. The music is so much fun and it helps you get through the workout. It’s not the normal techno-crazy-loud-annoying workout music either. It’s songs we all know and love and have danced to before. From hip-hop & r&b, pop, rock, everything. I was the type of person that dreaded working out and I couldn’t wait until it was over. Now, one of the major highlights of my day is working out to Turbo Jam and now Turbo Fire which is intense cardio conditioning. Turbo Fire is the next level up from Turbo Jam. I absolutely love Turbo fire and the workouts are even more intense and I’m seeing results. I’m excited for the future and to actually reach my weight loss goal. I just have to keep going and don’t stop. I’m so focused.

    Right now I need to stay motivated. I am eating right but not working out. A bit discouraged.
